1. Acceptance of Terms

These JIL18 terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and JIL18. They apply to all activities on the site — including but not limited to placing bets, using bonuses, making deposits, requesting withdrawals, and communicating with our support team.

2. Eligibility

- You must not have been previously suspended or banned from JIL18 or affiliated platforms.

JIL18 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If you are unable to verify your age or eligibility, your account may be suspended and any winnings may be withheld pending review.
3. Account Registration
Each member is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or devices — is a serious violation of JIL18 terms and conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds.
When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Notify JIL18 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
JIL18 may require identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and in some cases, proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or Maya account details).
Accounts that have been dormant (no login or transaction) for 180 consecutive days may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ₱100, deducted from the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on JIL18 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your JIL18 account within minutes, depending on your chosen payment channel. JIL18 does not charge any deposit processing fees on our end, though your bank or e-wallet provider may have their own service charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. You must withdraw funds to a payment method that matches your identity on record — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not allowed under any circumstance.
JIL18 may perform additional security checks for large withdrawals. Any withdrawal request that triggers a fraud or money laundering flag will be placed on hold pending investigation. We cooperate fully with applicable Philippine authorities when required by law.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
JIL18 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, cashback, and event-specific promos. Each promotion is governed by its own set of specific terms in addition to these general JIL18 terms and conditions.
Key rules that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

6. Betting Rules

- All bets are final once confirmed. JIL18 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in cases of technical error on our platform.
- In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or force majeure, JIL18 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to members' accounts.
- JIL18 reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts on any market, at any time, at our sole discretion.
- Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the moment of confirmation are the final odds applied to that bet.
- In cases of obvious pricing errors, JIL18 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on JIL18. Any member found engaging in these actions will face immediate suspension, account closure, and forfeiture of all balances without appeal:
- Using bots, automated scripts, or any software tool to place bets, manipulate outcomes, or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
- Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to guarantee mutual profit.
- Match-fixing, insider information usage, or any form of event manipulation.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal activities (money laundering).
- Providing false identification or account information during registration or KYC.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward JIL18 staff or other members.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or disrupt any part of the JIL18 platform.
JIL18 employs advanced fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity at any time. We cooperate with relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies where required.
8. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability
JIL18 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 24/7 uptime and seamless service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JIL18 shall not be liable for:
- Any loss or damage arising from service interruption, technical failure, or maintenance downtime.
- Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
- Any decisions you make based on information available on the JIL18 website.

11. Account Termination

- Suspicious or fraudulent account activity.
- Non-compliance with applicable laws or regulatory requirements.
- Request by a competent authority or regulatory body.
You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled according to standard rules, and eligible balances will be returned via your last used payment method, subject to our withdrawal verification process.

12. Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern or dispute regarding a bet, transaction, or account activity, please follow these steps:
